Here we offer a brief explanation into what Joyous Moments has to offer for all your wedding stationery needs.

the following are 'before the day' these are often sent out before your wedding day and are to inform your guests of the important details and set the scene for your big day

'Save the date'

These can be sent out as soon as you set your wedding date, you don't have to wait until all the finer details are in place. They are particularly helpful if you want to inform your family and friends well in advance of your wedding day so that they have plenty of time to 'save the date'.

'Wedding Invitation'

These are intended for the quests you would like to invite to the entire wedding day from the ceremony to the wedding breakfast through to the evening reception. The invitation includes details of the confirmed date, place and time.These should be sent out 10-12 weeks in advance so you should order these in good time in order to allow enough to have them handmade for you.

'Evening Invitation'

Send these to guests that you wish to invite to the evening reception party only

'Bridal Shower Invitation'

Fantastic for having that little get together with your close friends and family, a chance for you to receive your something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue.

'Hen Party Invitation'

For your last night of freedom with the girls..

Inserts- keep your wedding invitations looking pretty by keeping the information on them to a minimum, inserts are great for all those extra bits, they come as follows..


Allow your guests to indicate to you whether they accept or decline your wedding invitation, it is helpful to add a RSVP by date so that you can then finalise the finer details of your wedding day.

'Information Sheet'

Includes any information your guests may need to know such as the church and venue address and telephone numbers, hotels near by, directions etc

'Gift Registry'

Let your friends and family know of any gifts you would like for your wedding day, if any, whether it be a present or gift of money and it is also a good idea to mention that their presence is enough of a gift too...

you may also wish to co-ordinate your 'on the day' stationery to continue the same theme.

'Order of Service'

This guides your guests through your wedding ceremony from brides entry right through to that first kiss as man and wife.

'Order of the Day'

A helpful itinerary thats acts as a guide throughout your special day, from the wedding ceremony to the wedding breakfast to the evening reception.

For the wedding breakfast..

'Table Plan'

A seating plan which allows your quests to take their seats with ease.

'Table Number'

Co-ordinated with your theme, a beautiful table number to guide your guests

'Place Card'

a name setting for each individual guest at their table to let them know their seat.

'Favour Box'

A little gift of appreciation for each person for attending your wedding, usually situated next to the place card. May be filled with something small like a chocolate, sweets or a charm etc

'Lottery Ticket Holder'

an alternative favour in the hope that it really is a lucky day, not just for you, but for someone else too...
